#TWRforStudents Result of the First Cycle

We are very excited to arrive successfully to the conclusion of the first cycle of TWR for Students, an innovative idea of encouraging school going students and providing them platform to share their views.

We received 107 entries from around the world. Out of which 4 cleared the screening by our international panel of editors. This should not discourage others from participating. Our screening is very lenient, just maintain clarity in facts, normal length (400-600 words) and fluency in English. Most of the participation came from India and Ukraine, the two countries recently underwent democratic elections. Other significant contribution came from Russia, Bulgaria and Romania. It was very motivating to observe how the young generation around the world is aware of their society, human rights, democracy and environment, even when they are not yet eligible to vote.

#TWRforStudents is also proud to provide full one year financial aid to the selected students of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Pitam Pura, Delhi (India)

Results

Second Prize: Kira Hodenkova, TNU Im. V.I Vernadskovo, Simferopol (Crimea, then Ukraine. Now Russia)

Third Prize: Praful Yadav, DPS Noida (India)

A separate mail will be sent to the winners having more information. Cheque and certificate will be sent to your school.
